I love being able to use Trippermap with Google Earth to navigate all of my geotagged images in Flickr. I have noticed though that not all images with the same (or perhaps very similar) coordinates are represented in the GE network link.

I know this is done by design for my Trippermap, but it seems less than useful in GE where it would be much better to have all of the images in the cache available to view.

Is this 'just how it works'?

Only photos with exactly the same location are grouped together. I agree that there needs to be a way to display all the photos in one location. Do you have any suggestions for how you would like them displayed? A click through in the popup similar to Flickr's map or as a list under the network link?

I tend to use the main window in GE most of the time. So I would like to see a marker for each of my images. The latest version of GE seems to handle co-located markers quite well (always reminds me of Missile Command though!). So a click-through popup is definitely not for me - I want the metadata for all of my images in GE.

On the occasions where I do use the side panel, a flat list of all images would be fine. This is more or less what I have already since most of my images are not co-located. Putting co-located images in sub-folders would be OK, but I'm not sure how you would name those folders.

But what I would really like is an organised-by-set tree on the left which reflects the efforts I have already invested in organising things within Flickr - but I guess that is a topic for another thread!

Do you have any good examples of co-located markers I take a look at in GE. I'm looking a supporting sets in the next version of Trippermap so that may help with your organization in GE.
