Following zemans instructions under another topic, I have uploaded the images for road and lake layers only for where my photos are from. Results in 2.1 megs, which my ISP accepts for free, instead of 60

Hey Mr Zeman.....this is another Z-man (last name Zanatta). My wife and I are travelling the world and love using your Flickrmap tool. As you can imagine we are travelling to some out of the way places. Can I fwd you the GPS coords and you can update? I had to put everything under the closest city and it would be cooler to have them listed under the specific coords....i'd rather not go through the whole G Earth thing since I'm using foreign i-net connections and its a bit dodgy.

    thanks...Jeff

My first attempt at mapping all places where Segway polo is played. I am experimenting with the maps, zoom levels and lake/road layers, so you may experience some glitches so now and then.

I’ve been learning to geotag my family photos on flickr and use Google Earth to map them. Thus, I’m designing my flickrmap for genealogy sharing.

    Shuffling Trippermap!

At the bottom for now: Shuffle Wahig

The thing that is bugging me is that Google data appears to label the city of Richmond, Virginia as the University of Richmond. However, Yahoo! gets it right. Therefore, my Trippermap displays weird location identification info. (I am guessing this has something to do with "zip code closest to...")
